  My husband and I stopped by this evening to order carryout. We came in the door with a LOUD chime on the door and walked straight to the counter. There were between 8 and 11 employees working behind the counter. After standing there for 3 minutes without acknowledgement, I said loudly "should we leave?" to my husband. No one even looked up. A man came out of the back room, looked at us went back behind the counter without a word. So, we turned and walked back out. When the chime sounded again as we left, I turned to look. No one even blinked an eye. Understand, I do not need to be waited on immediately, but I expect to be acknowledged with a "We'll be right with you". That simple sentence would have extended our patience greatly. In hindsight, I wish I would have stood there just to see how long we would be ignored.
