  Kaneesha in customer service helped me out of my own jam tonight. She was great. She also helped me the night before. My wife Jan was so excited when Kroger's opened in our neighborhood. Kaneesha should get a wonderful raise...Or something better. She was apologizing to me for my mess. Thanks Kaneesha!

  Awesome management and friendly employees. Except the (older) lady in the bakery about a month ago that told me they were out of cookies for the kids after I'd been in the store for over an hour with my 3 yr old who knows they give away cookies because we're there together at least twice a week.
  My daughter was tired and cried and the lady was rude and when another employee asked her why my daughter was crying, she said "cause she didn't get a cookie" real snooty.
  Since when can they not open up a package of cookies for the kids?!?!
  I've been shopping at this store for 4.5 years and have never seen such rudeness from an employee there.
  But everyone else is great and they go out of their way to get to know their customers and provide excellent customer service.
